NCoS Recruitment Process
- Candidates must first apply through the official CDCFIB recruitment portal recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng when the recruitment is announced and provide a valid NIN, select a specific cadre (Superintendent, Inspectorate, or Assistant), and print an acknowledgment slip.
- Candidates will then be shortlisted for the aptitude test or CBT. This is where having the NCoS recruitment past questions and answers will come in handy.
- After which, successful candidates will be for physical screening and document verification. The physical screening will include screening based on basic requirements like age (18-35 years), height (min 1.65m for males, 1.60m for females).
- Qualified candidates will also undergo medical screening and fitness tests at government-recognized hospitals to know if they are fit for paramilitary duty.
- After all that, the final selection and appointment will be done. Successful candidates will receive their appointment letters and would then be invited for documentation.
- Those who have successfully been recruited will then undergo a paramilitary induction and training program that’ll last for at least 6 months at an NCoS Training College before they’ll be posted to their place of assignments.
