About Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme

The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a youth empowerment initiative that was launched by the Federal Government of Nigeria in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the European Union (EU).

It was created as a response to the rising unemployment rate among fresh graduates and aims to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and real-world work experience. The primary objective of the NJFP is to boost the employability level of fresh graduates through a 12-month fully-funded internship. During which, fellows are exposed to mentorship, professional networking, on-the-job training and a lot more.

Through this programme, host organizations can benefit from the available pool of talent, while the fellows receive a monthly stipend paid by the program.

NJFP Recruitment Process

• Application: Only graduates who have completed their one-year Nigeria Youth Service Corps (NYSC) can apply on www.njfp.ng to become a Fellow with all the required documentation.
• Assessment and Selection: After the board has approved the application and documentation, the applicant would have to sit through a series of tests (a computer-based aptitude test, submission of video, and then a psychometric assessment). • Onboarding: Those who have successfully passed the assessments will join the applicant pool where they will build their CVs and wait for a suitable match with a Host Organization.
